Every once in a while I search for podcasts about my favorite book series. I don't usually find anything so I was caught by complete surprise when Prince Kai Fan Pod popped up for The Lunar Chronicles! They are absolutely amazing and go into detail about every chapter. They even discuss little tidbits I never discovered on my own.

Just- I need to rant about them really quick because Prince Kai Fan Pod completely destroyed the bad Monday vibes, we all get, and it is such a positive and fun way to start each week! Not only is it so obvious how hard they work for the podcast, but you can actually tell by how in depth they go into each chapter!! I feel like since I‘ve read Cinder a while ago, I’ve forgotten so many tiny details and cute scenes and of course they talk about them all, and it just altogether makes the book series that much more fun!! This podcast idea not only adds so much positivity to the fandom, but it just would never be the same without them!! I’m using “!” a lot, but I’m just so excited 😂 Waiting for each Monday to come faster is actual agony, but they make it all worth the wait whenever they post!!! (Can you tell I’m obsessed?) If you have not checked out their podcast, PLEASEEEEE do, you will NOT regret it!! And can I just say that they are absolutely HILARIOUS, and their personalities mix so well, I feel like I’m listening to a comedy show sometimes because of their cute little jokes! I absolutely love this podcast! I’ve spent the last day and a half binging your shows!! The depth that you guys bring to this book is actually incredible! There are SOOO many things I’ve never considered even after reading it several times over the past 6 or 7 years now!!! One of my favorite book series’ ever and you girls took the entire series to a whole new level! Interesting and compelling and the excitement of the hosts makes me want to read the book series, however, I disagree with the statement that the show is spoiler free. Perhaps they define spoilers differently than I do. At any rate, I enjoy the show.

Prince Kai Fan Pod is the best!! I love listening to you guys talk about one of my favorite book series! What I love about this podcast is that you take a closer look at the craftsmanship of Marissa Meyer and actually become interested in the characters’ journeys. It’s so fun to read along with you guys and obsess over the fun “Easter eggs” that are hidden throughout the story. Wonderful podcast. I would definitely recommend!

I love Prince Kai Fan Pod so much! It vastly improves my Monday mornings (the last couple have been awful so it’s really awesome to have something light and positive to start off the day!) I love how in depth these lady’s dive into the chapters of this book! I’m a huge fan of TLC and I’ve read these books quite a bit, I had always viewed the Commonwealth as a utopia and Luna as a dystopia. But the more that I’ve listened to this podcast the more I’ve realized that the EC is not a perfect country. I’ve also started to recognize the phenomenal writing that Marissa Meyer put into these books! The geniuses that run this podcast have the best conversations and ask the best thought-provoking questions. I also love that we can see how much effort these angels put into this! You girls are fantastic, and this podcast is THE BEST podcast that I have ever listened to!

If you’ve never read the Lunar Chronicles but want to read an excellent series with memorable characters and fast-pace plot then head to your library, pick up a copy, and follow along with the ladies of the Prince Kai Fan pod! Starting with Cinder, they go chapter by chapter and have in-depth discussions on all the many themes that are in the series. Their genuine love for the book will keep you informed and entertained and their friendship for each other will make you feel like you are part of the conversation. Love this podcast!

They post an episode every Monday and let me just say it makes the typical gloomy Monday so much better! I swear it feels like you are in the room with the hosts and their conversations are so great!
